SALES CONTRACT AND WARRANTY
The breeder guarantees puppy to be healthy at time of delivery. This
guarantee is limited to the following: free from transmittable disease at the time
of delivery. Shots are up to date and puppy has been dewormed. Genetic and
hereditary problems are covered for one year from date of birth and only if it is
life threatening or makes pet unsuitable as a companion. Uneven. bites and
hernias are NOT covered. I do not guarantee size, quality or breedability.
Validation of this warranty requires an examination by a licensed Vet.of buyers
choice and at buyers expense within 72 hours of receiving puppy. This is
mandatory to ensure puppy was not sick at time of delivery. There is no
warranty against stress related illness ,such as hypoglycemia. The breeder is
not responsible for Vet. or medication cost.
In the event of the death of the puppy, an autopsy must be performed by the
state lab or University and the results sent to the breeder ASAP. Personal Vet.
autopsy not acceptable. In the event that euthanasia is recommended, the
breeder must be notified first and has the right to request second opinion.
Euthanasia without breeder notification voids warranty and/ or replacement of
puppy.
In the event that a puppy has to be returned for replacement, shipping is at
buyers expense. Furthermore no puppy will be taken back that has been
altered in any way. This includes but not limited to spaying, neutering, shaving
etc.
If a puppy has to be replaced, it will be replaced with a puppy of like value as
soon as one is available. No refunds will be given. Futhermore no returns or
refunds will be made due to family disputes, allergies,second thoughts or
landlord disputes.
It is understood and agreed that the buyer by signing the contract has read
and agrees to the conditions set forth in. Futhermore, this written contract
constitutes all the conditions and guarantees of this sale and no verbal
agreements between parties are valid unless in writing. Warranty not
transferable to a third party and supercedes any state lemon laws.
In the event that I have to pursue legal action against buyer for any reason,
the buyer agrees to have said issue resolved thru the court in the county that
breeder resides and buyer will be responsible for all cost incurred in doing so.
